As a State Farm team member for Brandon Foster - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Insurance Customer Service Requirements:

· Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License

· 1 Year of Phone Experience

· 1 Year of insurance customer service experience

· Ability to discuss policies with current policy holders to uncover additional needs they may have

Insurance Customer Service Responsibilities :

· Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

· Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification

· Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders

· Uncover additional needs the policy holder might have (ie: adding a homeowners policy to their auto insurance policy)

· Use current book of business to renew and add additional policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
